How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove all tanks.
- Deep clean tanks: Wash clean and dirty tanks with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
- Sanitize hoses: Run a solution of warm water and a small amount of white vinegar through the solution and recovery paths, then flush with clean water.
- Clean filters and brush housing: Wash filters (if washable) and clean the brush housing, removing any trapped hair and dirt.
- Dry after use: After each use, empty tanks and leave them and the unit open to air dry to prevent future odors.
