Safety first: Unplug the unit immediately and remove both water tanks.

• Identify leak source: Dry the exterior, then add a small amount of water to the clean tank and reinstall. Tilt the unit slightly and observe where water appears from underneath.
• Inspect hoses and clamps: Open the housing and follow the solution and recovery hoses. Tighten any loose spring clamps and replace hoses that show cracks or stiffness.
• Check tank seals: Examine the clean and dirty tank gaskets and valve seals. Replace any that are deformed, split, or hardened.
• Inspect pump body: Look for hairline cracks around the solution pump housing. Replace the pump if it leaks.
• Dry thoroughly: After repairs, dry the interior before reassembly to avoid triggering moisture sensors.
