• Insulation testing: Using an insulation tester (megger), check major components (heater, vacuum motors, pump) for leakage to chassis. Any component with low insulation resistance should be replaced.
• Ground fault circuit: If all components test good and the machine is dry, the ground fault detection circuit on the control PCB may be faulty. Replace the control PCB.
