Heated models: Solution temperature is too low; water is only lukewarm despite heater being switched on.

Safety: Allow the system to cool and disconnect power before servicing the heater.

• Verify settings: Check the temperature setpoint on the control panel (if adjustable) and ensure it is set to the desired level.
• Check flow rate: Excessive flow can reduce outlet temperature. Confirm that jets are correct size and not oversized. Clean filters to ensure proper but not excessive flow.
• Test heater element: Measure current draw of the heater circuit and compare to the rating plate. Low current may indicate a partially failed element. Replace the Prochem solution heater assembly if out of spec.
• Inspect temperature sensor: If the control thinks the water is hotter than it is, it may limit heating. Replace the solution temperature sensor if readings are inaccurate.
