Machine leaks clean solution from underneath or around the base during operation or when parked with a full tank.

Safety: Unplug the machine. Mop up spills promptly to avoid slip hazards.

• Identify leak source: Fill the solution tank with clean water and place the machine on a dry surface. Observe from underneath with a flashlight to locate the exact leak point.
• Check tank and fittings: Inspect the solution tank for visible cracks, especially around outlet fittings. Replace the tank if cracked. Tighten or replace any leaking bulkhead fittings.
• Inspect hoses and clamps: Follow the solution line from tank to pump and pump to outlet. Tighten loose clamps and replace hoses that show signs of swelling, cracking, or pinholes.
• Replace leaking components: If the leak is from the pump body or quick-connect coupler, replace the Prochem solution pump or the affected quick-connect fitting.
