• Clean or replace jets: Remove jets and clean thoroughly. Replace with correct Prochem jet size and type if worn or damaged.
• Inspect tool head: Check that the wand or floor tool head is straight and that the vacuum slot is not bent. Replace the tool head if warped.
• Check brush (if fitted): Ensure the brush bristles are even and not excessively worn on one side. Replace the brush if uneven.
• Adjust technique: Use consistent, overlapping passes and maintain even pressure on the wand.
