Possible Causes
Worn or contaminated wand trigger valve, Debris in solution valve seat, Excessive system pressure, Sticking solenoid valve (if fitted)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off pump and depressurize system by triggering the wand until flow stops. Unplug the machine.
- Inspect wand valve: Disassemble the wand trigger valve according to Prochem instructions. Clean internal parts and valve seat. Replace O-rings and seals as needed.
- Check for debris: Flush the solution line by briefly running the pump with the wand removed to clear particles.
- Inspect solenoid valve: If your model uses an electric solenoid valve, remove and inspect for debris or scale. Clean or replace the Prochem solution solenoid valve if it sticks.
- Verify pressure: Ensure system pressure is within specification; excessive pressure can force valves to leak.
