Safety: Unplug the unit before servicing the control panel.

• 1. Dry the panel: If the panel was recently exposed to moisture, allow it to dry completely. Do not use heat guns directly on the panel.
• 2. Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the panel and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the control board.
• 3. Test buttons: With the panel removed, press each keypad button and listen/feel for a click. If some buttons feel mushy or never register, replace the keypad overlay or entire panel.
• 4. Replace control panel: If all buttons feel normal but inputs are not recognized, replace the control panel PCB.

Tip: Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the control panel; apply to a cloth instead.
