How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and work in a well-ventilated area.
- 1. Deep clean tanks: Remove and thoroughly wash the solution and recovery tanks with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry completely.
- 2. Sanitize hoses: Run a mixture of warm water and a small amount of white vinegar through the solution and recovery hoses, then flush with clean water. Allow hoses to air dry fully.
- 3. Clean brush and head: Remove the brush and floor head and scrub away residue. Let dry before reassembly.
- 4. Storage: Store the machine with tanks removed and lids open to allow ventilation.
Tip: Empty and rinse the recovery tank after every use to prevent odors.
