Safety: Unplug the unit and remove it from carpeted areas before inspecting for leaks.

• 1. Inspect tank and cap: Remove the solution tank and check for cracks, especially around the bottom valve and cap. Replace the tank or cap if damaged.
• 2. Check tank valve seal: Examine the rubber valve seal on the tank bottom. If it is torn, hardened, or deformed, replace the valve assembly.
• 3. Inspect internal hoses: Remove the side or bottom cover to access the solution hoses and clamps. Tighten any loose clamps and replace cracked hoses.
• 4. Manifold inspection: If leaks appear near the spray bar, inspect the solution manifold for cracks and replace if necessary.

Tip: Do not store the machine with solution in the tank; empty and rinse after each use to reduce leaks and mineral buildup.
