Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated solution tank, Clogged spray nozzles, Air-locked or failed solution pump, Kinked or blocked solution hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning nozzles or hoses.
- 1. Verify tank and solution: Fill the solution tank and ensure it is fully seated. Check that the tank valve opens when installed.
- 2. Clean spray nozzles: Remove the spray jets from the front of the machine or hand tool. Soak them in warm water and gently clear any deposits with a soft brush or toothpick (do not enlarge the holes).
- 3. Check hoses for kinks: Inspect the solution hose from the tank to the pump and from the pump to the nozzles. Straighten any kinks and clear visible blockages.
- 4. Prime the pump: Refill the tank, then with the unit powered on, hold the spray trigger for 30–60 seconds to purge air from the pump. If no spray appears, the solution pump may be faulty and require replacement.
Maintenance: After each use, run clean water through the system to prevent detergent buildup in the pump and nozzles.
