How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and unplug the unit before working on the tool.
- 1. Clean tool jet: Remove the spray jet from the upholstery tool and soak it in warm water. Clear any deposits with a soft brush.
- 2. Inspect solution hose: Check the tool solution hose for kinks or pinches along its length. Straighten and reroute as needed.
- 3. Check quick-connect: Disconnect and reconnect the solution quick-connect fitting at the machine. Clean any debris from the fitting.
- 4. Internal valve: If the tool has an internal check valve, it may be stuck. Disassemble the tool head (if serviceable) and clean or replace the valve.
