Accessory hose or upholstery tool has very weak suction compared to the floor head.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and detach the accessory hose.

• Check hose: Look through the hose for blockages. Push out any debris with a flexible rod.
• Inspect seals: Check the rubber O-rings at the hose ends and replace if damaged.
• Clean tool: Rinse the upholstery tool and clear any lint from its suction path.
• Diverter valve: Ensure the selector or diverter lever is fully set to the accessory position.
