Possible Causes
Air leak at nozzle gasket, Blocked suction channel, Dirty tank not seated correctly, Worn motor reducing suction
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and remove tanks.
- Check nozzle seal: Inspect the rubber gasket between the floor nozzle and base. Replace if torn or flattened.
- Clear suction channel: Remove the nozzle and clean the suction path of lint and debris.
- Seat dirty tank: Refit the dirty tank firmly so that its inlet aligns with the suction port.
- Test suction: With tanks removed, briefly power on and feel suction at the inlet (if safe per manual). Weak suction may indicate a worn motor that needs replacement.
