Possible Causes
Blocked suction nozzle, Clogged dirty water tank filter, Air leak at tank seals, Cracked suction hose inside base
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and remove both tanks.
- Check nozzle: Inspect the floor nozzle opening for clumps of hair, carpet fibers, or small objects. Remove any obstructions.
- Clean filters: Remove and wash the dirty tank filter (foam or mesh). Allow it to dry completely before refitting.
- Inspect tank seals: Check the rubber seals around the dirty tank and lid. Ensure they are clean and not twisted or damaged. Replace if perished.
- Internal hose: If suction is still weak, open the base and inspect the internal suction hose from the nozzle to the motor. Replace if cracked or collapsed.
