Possible Causes
Split internal solution hose, Loose hose clamp, Damaged pump outlet seal, Cracked spray manifold
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and remove both tanks. Mop up any spilled water.
- External checks: Confirm that neither tank is cracked and that caps and seals are intact.
- Open base: Remove the bottom cover to access internal hoses. Look for wet areas while the tanks are filled (do not plug in while open).
- Tighten/replace hoses: Refit or replace any loose or split hoses. Use new hose clamps where necessary.
- Replace seals: If water is seen around the pump outlet or spray manifold, replace the associated O-rings or gaskets.
