How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Check cable flex points: Flex the hose and neck gently while visually inspecting for cracks or kinks. Internal cable breaks often occur at these points and may cause intermittent connection.
- Test with another head (if available): If you have access to another compatible SEBO power head, connect it. If the error disappears, the original head or its PCB is faulty.
- PCB diagnosis: If the connector and cable appear intact but LED 10 persists, the power head PCB or main PCB may be defective. This requires professional testing and replacement.
Avoid pulling the machine by the cable or head; always use the handle to reduce stress on connectors.
