Carpet cleaner accessory hose sprays water but has very weak suction

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the hose.

• Check diverter: Ensure any floor/hose suction selector is fully set to hose mode.
• Clear hose: Detach the hose and push a flexible brush through to remove clogs.
• Inspect cuffs: Check both ends of the hose for cracks or loose fittings. Replace the hose if damaged.
• Check tool seal: Ensure the tool head fits snugly on the hose end and that its gasket is intact.
