How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit when cleaning nozzles or hoses.

  • Verify tank fill and seating: Fill the clean water/solution tank to the indicated level. Reinstall it firmly until it clicks into place.
  • Prime the pump: Plug in the unit, turn it on, and hold the spray trigger for 30–60 seconds while moving slowly. It may take time for solution to reach the nozzles if air is in the line.
  • Clean spray nozzles: Unplug the cleaner. Use a pin or soft brush to clear each front spray nozzle. Rinse the nozzle area with warm water to dissolve dried detergent.
  • Check for hose kinks: Inspect the clear solution hose from the tank to the front of the machine. Straighten any sharp bends or pinches.
  • Listen for pump: With the unit on and trigger pulled, listen for a faint buzzing from the pump. If silent and no spray occurs, the pump may be failed and should be replaced.
