How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove all tanks.
- Clean dirty water tank: Empty and wash the tank with warm soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely with the lid off.
- Flush hoses and nozzle: Remove the nozzle and rinse thoroughly. If possible, run warm water through the accessory hose to flush residue.
- Clean brushroll: Remove hair and debris from the brushroll. Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then let dry.
- Replace old solution: Empty any old solution from the clean tank and refill with fresh solution before use.
