Possible Causes
Dirty water tank full or float stuck in raised position, Damaged or missing nozzle gasket, Blocked suction path, Worn suction motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting the nozzle and tank.
- Empty dirty water tank: Remove and empty the dirty water tank. Rinse and ensure the float moves freely up and down.
- Inspect nozzle gasket: Check the rubber gasket where the nozzle meets the body. If torn, flattened, or missing, replace it to restore a good seal.
- Clean suction path: Remove the nozzle and clear any buildup in the suction channel. Rinse the nozzle under warm water and dry thoroughly.
- Use more dry passes: After spraying, make several passes with the trigger released to extract as much water as possible.
- Motor check: If suction feels weak at all points and other causes are ruled out, the suction motor may be worn and require replacement.
