Carpet cleaner solution trigger is stiff and hard to pull

Safety first: Unplug the unit before lubricating or cleaning parts.

• Rinse valve area: Remove the clean tank and gently flush the valve area with warm water to dissolve dried detergent.
• Open handle: Access the trigger linkage and apply a small amount of food-safe silicone lubricant to the pivot points (avoid getting lubricant into the solution path).
• Check alignment: Ensure the linkage rod is straight and properly seated in both the trigger and valve levers.
• Replace valve: If the valve itself is stiff or seized, replace the solution valve assembly.
