Carpet cleaner vibrates excessively or feels like it is bouncing on the carpet

Safety first: Unplug the cleaner before turning it over.

• Inspect brushroll: Remove the nozzle cover and spin the brushroll by hand. Look for wobble or uneven bristle height.
• Clean thoroughly: Remove all debris from the brush and end caps. Packed debris can create imbalance.
• Check mounting points: Ensure the brushroll is seated correctly in its bearings and that the nozzle screws are tight.
• Replace brushroll: If the brush is visibly warped or still causes vibration after cleaning, replace the brushroll assembly.
