Carpet cleaner displays E10 and the heater icon flashes, no warm solution output

Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before working near the heater assembly.

• Check for kinks: Inspect the solution hose around the heater area for kinks or pinches that could cause overheating.
• Reset by cool-down: Leave the unit unplugged for 30–60 minutes to allow any self-resetting thermal protector to cool.
• Internal inspection: Remove the side panel to access the in-line heater block. Check for burnt smell, discoloration, or melted insulation.
• Check connectors: Ensure the heater's electrical connectors are fully seated on the terminals and that no wires are loose or broken.
• Replace heater assembly: If the heater is open-circuit or visibly damaged, replace the entire heater assembly, including any attached thermal fuses or sensors.

Do not bypass thermal fuses or safety thermostats; they are critical for preventing overheating and fire risk.
