Handle or body becomes unusually hot to the touch

Safety: Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool before touching hot areas.

• Clean vents: Remove dust and lint from all air intake and exhaust grilles.
• Check filters: Clean or replace clogged filters that can restrict airflow.
• Reduce duty cycle: Use the cleaner in shorter sessions with breaks if operating in a hot environment.

If overheating persists despite good airflow, the motor may be failing and should be inspected by a technician.
