No spray from the floor nozzle, but you can hear the pump running

Safety: Unplug the cleaner and remove the solution tank.

• Verify tank outlet: Press the valve at the bottom of the clean water tank to ensure water flows freely. If not, clean or replace the valve.
• Clean nozzle manifold: Remove the floor head and access the spray bar. Soak it in warm water with a mild descaler to dissolve buildup. Use a soft brush to clear each jet.
• Inspect hoses: Check the solution hose from the tank to the nozzle for kinks or pinches. Reroute or replace if damaged.
• Flush system: Refill the tank with warm water and run the pump to flush any remaining debris.

If spray does not return after cleaning, the internal check valves or manifold may need replacement.
