Trigger feels loose and does not activate spray or brush

Safety: Unplug the unit before working on the handle.

• Open handle housing: Remove screws and carefully separate the handle halves.
• Inspect trigger parts: Check the plastic trigger lever, pivot pins, and any linkage rods. Replace broken or cracked parts.
• Check return spring: Ensure the spring is present and correctly hooked. Replace if stretched or missing.
• Reassemble carefully: Ensure the trigger correctly engages the microswitch or valve before closing the handle.

After repair, test trigger function with the unit unplugged to confirm proper movement, then test with power.
