Unit does not stand upright securely or collapses when parked

Safety: Unplug before mechanical repairs.

• Inspect latch: Examine the upright lock at the base of the handle. Look for broken plastic tabs or worn teeth.
• Check pivot: Ensure the handle pivot is not bent or cracked. Replace if damaged.
• Replace spring: If the latch does not engage firmly, the return spring may be missing or weak and should be replaced.

A secure upright lock prevents accidental tipping and damage.
