Unit vibrates excessively or feels unstable during operation

Safety: Unplug before inspection.

• Inspect brush roll: Remove and clean the brush roll. Replace if bristles are worn more on one side.
• Check bearings: Spin the brush roll ends; if they wobble or feel rough, replace the brush roll or end caps.
• Inspect wheels: Ensure wheels are securely attached and not cracked. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Check housing screws: Tighten any loose screws on the nozzle and base.

Balanced brushes and secure wheels will significantly reduce vibration.
