Water leaking from bottom of unit onto floor during or after use

Safety: Unplug the unit and remove it from any wet area.

• Inspect tanks: Remove clean and dirty water tanks. Fill them over a sink and check for cracks or leaks. Replace any leaking tank.
• Check seals and gaskets: Examine O-rings and rubber seals on tank outlets and inlets. Replace if flattened, cracked, or missing.
• Inspect hoses: Look for drips at hose joints and clamps. Tighten clamps and replace cracked hoses.
• Test after repair: Refill with water and run the unit over a dry surface while observing for leaks.

Persistent leaks from inside the base may indicate a failing pump or internal fitting that requires professional service.
