Brushes do not rotate, but there is no error code and the motor can be heard running

Safety: Unplug the cleaner and lay it on its side or back.

• Access belt compartment: Remove the bottom plate or belt cover near the brush head.
• Inspect belt: Check if the belt is broken, off the pulleys, or shiny and loose. Replace with the correct Stihl belt if worn.
• Check pulleys: Ensure the motor and brush pulleys are not cracked or stripped. Clean any debris from the grooves.
• Re-tension: Install the new belt, ensuring proper tension and alignment. Rotate the brush by hand to confirm smooth operation.
