Poor Extraction / Inadequate Suction at Nozzle
Carpet remains overly wet after cleaning, with little water recovered into the tank

Possible Causes
Clogged nozzle lips, worn nozzle squeegee, low vacuum due to air leak, using incorrect cleaning mode
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before cleaning the nozzle.
- Clean nozzle lips: Remove the floor nozzle and wash the suction slot and lips to remove lint and detergent buildup.
- Inspect squeegee: Check the rubber squeegee or edge strip for nicks, warping, or hardening. Replace if it no longer makes good contact with the carpet.
- Verify suction: With the nozzle removed, feel for strong suction at the hose end. If weak, address air leaks or clogs in the suction path.
- Use proper passes: Make slow, overlapping dry passes (vacuum only) after spraying to remove as much moisture as possible.
