Possible Causes

Clogged solution flow sensor, blocked spray nozzles, kinked solution hose, faulty flow sensor wiring

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit and depressurize by squeezing the trigger with power off.

  • Clean spray nozzles: Remove the spray bar or individual nozzles at the brush head. Soak them in warm water with mild detergent and clear any mineral deposits with a soft brush or toothpick (do not enlarge the orifice).
  • Inspect hoses: Trace the solution hose from the pump outlet to the spray bar. Straighten any kinks and ensure quick-connect fittings are fully engaged.
  • Service flow sensor: Locate the in-line flow sensor (often a small plastic body with two wires). Remove and flush it with clean water to dislodge debris. Reinstall with correct flow direction.
  • Check wiring: Ensure the flow sensor connector is secure on the control board and there are no broken wires at the sensor body.

After reassembly, run the unit with clean water only to confirm steady spray and that E07 clears.
