No spray from the floor head but spray works from the handheld tool

Safety: Unplug the unit and depressurize by squeezing the trigger.

• Test handheld tool: Confirm that the handheld tool sprays normally. This indicates the pump and main lines are working.
• Remove floor head: Detach the floor head from the main body or wand. Disconnect the solution hose quick-connect.
• Clean nozzles: Remove the spray bar or individual nozzles and soak them in warm water. Use a soft brush to remove deposits.
• Check pivot hose: Inspect the short hose section at the swivel joint for kinks or internal collapse. Replace if necessary.
