Unit vibrates excessively and is difficult to control during use

Safety: Unplug the unit.

• Inspect brush roller: Remove the roller and check for bent shaft, missing bristles, or melted sections. Replace if visibly warped.
• Check end caps: Ensure both end caps are present and seated correctly in their sockets.
• Tighten fasteners: Tighten all screws securing the brush housing and floor head to the main body.
• Test on flat surface: Reassemble and test on a flat, hard floor to confirm vibration is reduced.
