Unpleasant musty or mildew odor from the machine during use

Safety: Unplug the unit and wear gloves if mold is visible.

• Deep clean tanks: Empty and wash both clean and dirty water tanks with hot soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
• Sanitize hoses and nozzle: Run a solution of warm water and a small amount of white vinegar or approved machine sanitizer through the solution system, then flush with clean water.
• Clean filters: Remove and wash foam and mesh filters. Let them dry fully before reinstalling.
• Dry storage: Store the unit with tanks removed and lids open to allow airflow.
