Very weak suction at the floor head; unit sounds normal but does not pick up much water

Safety: Unplug the cleaner before inspecting hoses.

• Check tank seating: Ensure the recovery tank and lid are fully seated and latched. Even a small gap will drastically reduce suction.
• Inspect suction hose: Remove the hose from both ends and check for splits, holes, or kinks. Replace if damaged.
• Clean floor nozzle: Flip the floor head over and remove any lint, hair, or debris blocking the suction slot. Some models have a removable nozzle plate for easier cleaning.
• Seal checks: Inspect all rubber seals and O-rings in the suction path. Replace any that are flattened or cracked.
