Clean water/solution leaking from underneath the machine during use

Safety first: Unplug the machine and remove both tanks before inspection.

• Inspect clean water tank: Fill the tank and hold it over a sink. Check for drips from seams or the base valve. Replace the tank if cracked.
• Check tank base seal: Examine the rubber seal around the tank outlet. If flattened, split, or missing, replace the seal or tank.
• Inspect base connectors: Look at the solution inlet on the machine base. Ensure the O-rings are intact and not perished. Replace O-rings if worn.
• Check internal hoses: Remove the base cover and inspect solution hoses for splits or loose clamps. Refit or replace as necessary.
