Clean water/solution not dispensing onto carpet, no spray from jets

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the nozzle or hoses.

• Check tank level and seating: Fill the clean water/solution tank and ensure it is firmly seated with the bottom valve fully engaged.
• Prime the system: Plug in, switch on, and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds (if safe to do so) to clear air from the pump. If still no spray, unplug and continue checks.
• Clean spray bar: Remove the front nozzle/spray bar. Soak in warm water and gently clear each jet with a soft brush or toothpick. Rinse thoroughly.
• Inspect solution hose: Check for kinks or pinches along the clear solution hose. Straighten or reroute as needed.
• Check tank valve: Press the valve at the bottom of the tank with a blunt object; water should flow. If stuck, clean or replace the tank valve seal.
