Dirty water leaking from the sides or back of the dirty water tank

Safety first: Unplug the machine and remove the dirty water tank.

• Empty and clean tank: Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly. Remove any debris from the sealing surfaces.
• Inspect gasket: Check the rubber gasket around the tank lid or base. If torn, flattened, or missing, replace the gasket or the entire tank assembly.
• Check for cracks: Look for hairline cracks in the tank body or lid. Replace the tank if any are found.
• Do not overfill: Ensure you empty the tank before it reaches the maximum fill line to prevent overflow leaks.
