Dirty water tank fills very slowly despite heavy use, carpets remain wet

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the dirty water tank and lid.

• Clean tank lid and float: Remove the lid and rinse thoroughly. Ensure the float moves freely and is not stuck with dried detergent.
• Clear inlet ports: Check the openings where suction enters the tank lid. Remove any lint or debris.
• Inspect tank gasket: Ensure the gasket between the tank and machine is intact and sealing properly. Replace if damaged.
• Check for kinks: Inspect the short duct between the nozzle and tank for kinks or misalignment. Refit correctly.
