Possible Causes
Blocked or partially blocked suction nozzle, Dirty or damaged nozzle seal, Full or incorrectly seated dirty water tank, Air leak in suction hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the nozzle or tanks.
- Empty and refit dirty tank: Ensure the dirty water tank is empty and correctly seated with the lid properly locked.
- Clean suction nozzle: Remove the front nozzle and wash it under warm water. Clear any lint or hair from the suction slot.
- Inspect nozzle seal: Check the rubber seal between the nozzle and machine body. Replace if torn or deformed.
- Check suction hose and joints: Inspect for cracks or loose joints in the suction hose and internal ducts. Replace damaged parts to restore vacuum.
- Use slower passes: When cleaning, make slow, overlapping dry passes (trigger released) to allow more water to be extracted.
