Possible Causes

Blocked nozzle or suction channel, Clogged motor protection filter, Full or incorrectly fitted dirty water tank, Split or loose suction hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing parts.

  • Empty and refit dirty tank: Remove, empty, and rinse the dirty water tank. Ensure the lid is fitted correctly and the tank clicks firmly into place.
  • Check for blockages: Remove the front nozzle and inspect the suction opening for debris. Check the hose and tools for clogs by looking through or pushing a flexible rod through.
  • Clean filters: Remove the motor protection filter and any pre-motor filters. Wash foam filters in lukewarm water and allow to dry completely. Replace paper or HEPA filters if fitted and dirty.
  • Inspect seals and hoses: Look for cracks or splits in the suction hose and around tank seals. Replace damaged hoses or seals to restore airtightness.
