How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the machine and empty the clean water tank before working on the solution system.

Flush system: Fill the tank with clean water only and run the machine briefly, then stop and observe. If dripping continues, proceed with inspection.
Clean spray bar and nozzle: Remove and clean the spray bar to ensure there is no downstream blockage causing back pressure.
Inspect solution valve: Access the solution valve (often near the tank outlet or pump inlet). Disassemble if serviceable and rinse out any debris. Check the rubber seal for wear.
Check trigger return: Ensure the trigger fully returns to the OFF position and is not partially engaging the valve.
Replace valve assembly: If the valve seal is worn or the valve body cracked, replace the solution valve assembly.
