Brush roll does not spin, but suction and spray work normally; no error code is shown.

Safety: Unplug the unit and lay it down for access to the brush area.

• Remove brush guard: Take off the bottom cover over the brush roll.
• Inspect belt: Check if the belt is snapped, melted, or loose. Replace with a genuine Vileda belt if damaged.
• Clean brush ends: Remove the brush roll and clear hair and fibers from the end caps. Ensure it spins freely.
• Check motor connection: Verify that the brush motor connector is firmly plugged into its socket.
