Possible Causes

Clogged solution pump inlet filter, Airlock in solution line, Failed solution pump motor, Blocked spray nozzle manifold

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine and empty the clean water/solution tank before disassembly.

  • Check solution tank seating: Remove and reseat the clean water/solution tank firmly. Ensure the valve at the bottom of the tank opens when installed.
  • Clean inlet filter: Locate the small mesh filter at the pump inlet or inside the tank outlet. Rinse under warm water and gently brush away residue from detergents or limescale.
  • Bleed air from lines: Fill the tank with warm (not hot) water. With the machine assembled, hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds while the unit is running to purge air. If E03 reappears, continue troubleshooting.
  • Inspect spray nozzles: Remove the nozzle bar at the front of the cleaning head. Soak in warm vinegar solution to dissolve limescale, then flush with clean water.
  • Test solution pump: Access the pump module in the base. With wires disconnected, measure resistance across the pump motor. An open circuit indicates a failed pump. Replace the pump assembly if faulty.
