Brush Overload Protection Triggered
Carpet cleaner displays E07 and shuts off the brush when heavy resistance is encountered, often when cleaning thick carpets.

Possible Causes
Excessive brush resistance from thick pile, Brush roll bearings contaminated with hair, Worn brush end caps, Overly tight brush height setting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before working on the brush.
- Remove and clean brush roll: Take out the brush roll and thoroughly remove hair and fibers from the bristles and especially from the end bearings.
- Inspect end caps and bearings: Spin the end caps with your fingers. If they feel rough or seized, replace the brush roll assembly.
- Adjust brush height (if applicable): Set the brush height to a higher setting for thick carpets to reduce load.
- Test on a hard floor: After cleaning, test the unit on a hard floor or low-pile rug. If E07 no longer appears, the issue was overload from resistance. If it persists, the overload sensor or brush motor may be faulty and require replacement.
