How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine before inspecting hoses.

  • Refill and reseat tank: Fill the clean water/solution tank to at least half. Install it firmly until you hear or feel it click into place.
  • Check tank outlet valve: Press the valve at the bottom of the tank with your finger (over a sink) to ensure water flows freely. If stuck, soak in warm water and gently work it until it moves smoothly.
  • Inspect solution hose: Follow the clear or opaque hose from the tank to the pump. Straighten any kinks or pinched sections caused by misrouted hose or housing.
  • Prime the system: With the tank full and correctly seated, run the unit and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds to purge air. If E08 persists, the flow sensor or pump may be faulty.
