• Check supply voltage: Ensure the outlet provides stable voltage within the range specified on the rating label. Avoid using long extension cords.
• Firmware reset (if available): Some Vileda models support a key combination (e.g., holding two buttons while powering on) to reset to factory defaults. Refer to the user manual for the exact procedure.
• Replace control PCB: If E14 persists, the memory or microcontroller on the PCB is likely damaged and the entire board must be replaced.
