Possible Causes
Damaged nozzle seal, Loose hose connection, Cracked plastic housing at suction port, Misaligned dirty water tank
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the dirty water tank.
- Check nozzle seal: Inspect the rubber seal between the cleaning head and body. Clean and reseat it. Replace if torn.
- Inspect hose joints: Ensure all hose connections are fully inserted and clamps are tight.
- Examine housing: Look for cracks around the suction port or where the tank meets the body. Small cracks may be temporarily sealed with appropriate plastic repair, but replacement of the housing is recommended.
- Reseat dirty water tank: Reinstall the tank firmly to ensure a good seal.
